Here you will find some Frequently Asked Questions regarding our items, shipping, wholesales and more.

  • I see more than 1 set for my car on your website, how do I know which one I need?
    Well there are no duplicate products in our webshop, so there must be a difference. Most common is that there would be a set to be upholstered and a set to be left in wood available. They are usually for the same make, model and years but they are (very) different. The sets to be upholstered are exactly like the originals, with all the holes and contours in the same place. That way the original clips, fixings or even the original vinyl can be re-used. For the sets to be mounted with screws, upholstery is optional. They can be left as is to show the wood and would only need some kind of finish like oil, laquer, paint, wrap, etc. We have some nice decorative screws and washers available in our Fixings section. We also offer some of our panels already oiled in various colors for some cars. Check the Samples section if you want to see the possibilities. Besides the original/screw mounted difference, there are some makes, models or years that have more than 1 set originally used. It's important to compare these panels to the originals of your car before you order. If we know of the differences they will be mentioned in the title/description of the product. Although it is possible to return anything, it's not preferred obviously. We will not refund any panels damaged in then return shipping proces.
  • What does 'Screw mounting' mean?
    Screw mounting is the term we use for panels that are indeed mounted with screws. While for some makes, models or years that is the original way to mount them, for most it is not. If it is the original way of mounting, there is no specific mention of it in the title or description of the product. If it is not, it is mentioned in the title and/or description of the product. For the sets to be mounted with screws, upholstery is optional. They can be left 'as is' to show the wood and would only need some kind of finish like oil, lacquer, paint, wrap, etc. We have some nice decorative screws and washers available in our Fixings section. We also offer some of our panels already oiled in various colors for some cars. Check the Samples section if you want to see the possibilities.
  • What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
    Well if you were looking for new shoes you might want to check another website... But if you were really expecting to find new interior panels for your car here and they are nowhere to be found, contact us! We might still be able to make them or we already have and they didn't make it to the webshop yet...
  • How do I place an order?
    Search our website for products you like and/or need and add them to your cart. If you have found what you were looking for, click your cart at the top right of the screen. If you have an account make sure you are logged in so you can complete the ordering process. If you do not have an account, this will be the perfect time to make one! Click here to make yours right away. Items already in your cart will not be lost. Check your cart if it contains all you need in the amount you need it. Proceed to the check-out to see how much shipping is added. Once you have placed your order, you will be prompted to pay for it. Choose the payment method you desire and your order will be placed. As soon as payment is received you will receive updates on your order once they are available. When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking code of the package.
  • What if I can't find what I'm looking for?
    Well if you were looking for new shoes you might want to check another website... But if you were really expecting to find new interiorpanels for your car here and they are nowhere to be found, contact us! We might still be able to make them or we already have and they didn't make it to the webshop yet...
  • What about shipping?
    Shipping means that your order will be delivered to an address of your choice, obviously. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you are logged in and add items to your cart. Shipping costs are based on weight and destination. We are located in The Netherland but worldwide shipping is available. If you don't see any shipping costs when you want to place an order, it (unfortunately) doens't mean shipping is free. Contact us if you can't place an order due to the lack of shipping costs. Unfortunately some of our panels are (way) too big to ship for a reasonable price. If you absolutely want them shipped it can be done at buyers risk and costs.   • How much is shipping?
    Shipping costs are calculated automatically once you have specified your location when ordering. We ship worldwide so there's a fee for every country available. We will ship from the EU (The Netherlands) mainly using DPD for EU shipments and FedEx for anywhere else. If you have specific needs or wishes for shipping, please let us know before ordering. Picking up your order is possible as well, options are given during check out.
  • Can I also pick up my order?
    Yes, you can. In fact, you can choose the pick up option at the check out when ordering. Usually there is more then 1 option available; pick up at the warehouse in Maastricht, The Netherlands or at the next event we will be present. Sen us a message if you have any other questions!
  • I have a special request!
    Then you've come to the right place! We love doing specials! A lot is possible but to give you an idea, here are some examples of what we can do; - Personal engraving - Already upholstered - Different shaped - Less/More holes then original - Other materials (different wood grains, Lexan, PMMA, cardboard, ...) - Thicker/thinner then original - Combining materials - ... But there are also some limitations; - Max size is 1500x900mm, bigger panels can be made but not with our lasercutter so the might be less acurate. - Thickness in 1 layer is limited, multiple layers is possible though. - Cutting any metals is not possible!
  • I have some good original panels you don't have yet, would you like to have them?
    Well of course we do! We have a special offer for everybody who can supply us with a new set of panels we do not have in our shop yet. Depending on the rarety and the demand this varies from model to model so contact us if you think you got what we want. All we ask is full and correct info on the panels regarding model, year, version and so on.
  • My panels are in really bad shape but the upholstery is fine, can you help?"
    We get that question asked a lot; Yes, we can. In a lot of cases anyway... Send us some picture of the lot from front and back and we will see what we can do. BTW, we plan on adding some tutorials to our website in the future, specific for these kind of questions.
  • The panels I ordered don't fit...
    That's not good... There are a lot of reasons why panels would not fit properly. Here's a few common ones; - The car or bodypart where the panels are for might be of a different year/model/version then you thought it was. Especially with custom build or home-restored cars this can be an issue. Parts can be interchangable but that doesnt mean the panels are aswell. - Some car brands have had special issued models, builds or features available. This could mean standard panels don't fit despite all the info is correct. - Some panels are available in different versions for the same years and models. We do our best to specify the differences if they are known to us. If you think you've found additional info on specific panels, please let us know! We will greatly appreciate it. - We are pretty confident about our panels but we could be wrong also... If you think our info or panels are faulty and you can prove it, please let us know! We will be more then happy to change descriptions and/or panels in order to be correct. In short; if you have any issues fitting our panels don't hesitate to contact us! Although it is possible to return anything, it's not preferred obviously. We will not refund any panels damaged in then return shipping proces. You can also check our return policy if you want to return your panels.
  • I want to return (a part of) my order, how can I do that?
    It is always possible to return anything, but we would like to know why. So please contact us in advance! We will not refund any panels damaged in then return shipping proces so use the packaging materials it came in or use something sturdy enough to wrap it with. Packages with origine unknown can't be refunded either obviously.
  • I'm a business owner and might need your panels more then once, do you have any B2B prices?
    We do actually. If you got a registered upholstery business we can offer our panels at a reduced price. If you want to resell our panels, that is possible as well. Contact us for more info on that!
  • I'd like to buy in bulk, is that possible?
    That is possible to some extent. As we produce inhouse we are limited in the number of sets we can produce per week. Depending on the sets we can handle up to 20 on short notice. If you need more arrangements can be made. In any case you will have to contact us in advance.
  • I really like your products and would like to sell them myself, would that be possible?
    That would be possible, yes. Although our logo, website and product ID will always be present on the products so your customers will know who produced them at all time.
